Congress Opening

Gala Dinner

Our Gala dinner will be held in the historic Sydney Town Hall right in the heart of the city. Enjoy cocktails and canapes on arrival followed by a 3-course sit-down dinner accompanied by a high end beverage package leaving your stomach full and your thirst quenched, in the largest and most ornate late 19th century civic building in Australia renowned for its high Victorian interiors and rich decoration. A perfect chance to dress to impress by donning your most impressive outfit as this is a black-tie event. A cocktail event not to miss right on Sydney Harbour! Held on the second floor of the Campbells Stores at Circular Quay, a waterfront venue carefully chosen for the ultimate event experience, enjoy roving entertainment showcasing this amazing city, experience the finest substantial canapes from local product and a curated beverage package, whilst taking in the stunning view of Campbell’s Cove and Sydney’s Central Harbour. Tooth and Wicket Cricket

The FDI World Dental Congress is proud to present the world’s first ever Tooth & Wicket Cricket tournament. It will be held at a world class venue and promises to be an unforgettable experience for all participants. Delegates from around the world will have the chance to compete in what is now the second most popular sport in the world. Based on popular outdoor cricket, we are creating a unique indoor tournament that will provide participants with an opportunity to showcase their skills at a world class indoor cricket center and venue.

2023 Rebuilding Smiles 5K Charity Run

The Australian Dental Health Foundation (ADHF) seeks to improve the dental health of Australians who cannot easily access dental care. If you want to help the Foundation reach its goals, why not join their fun run? Not only will you be helping the Foundation, but you’ll also get to see the sights of Sydney while running. It’s a great way to have fun and help a worthy cause at the same time!

Qigong/Tai Chi

Qigong/Tai Chi is one of the 4 pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is a combination of gentle exercise, moving meditation, breathing and self-massage. Generally, it is completed standing up and can be done inside or out but can also be completed sitting down. It improves both physical and mental health and the mental aspects have parallels to meditation and mindfulness and is suitable for all ages.
